So we come to you. No changing, nothing to bring. Straight out of the bath, on your own bed.

    We check our therapists' availability and reply by email with the price. A second choice of time helps us confirm faster.

  3. Your booking is confirmed only when we approve it

    We will send a confirmation message only if we can accept it. Your booking exists only after you receive it. Payment details are included in that message.

  4. On the day, just wait in your room

    Your therapist will come to your room at the arranged time. Towels and sheets are provided.

Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No, it does not. What you send is a provisional request. We will check availability and send a confirmation message only if we can accept it. Until then, you have no booking. We may be unable to accept it.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. We bring towels and sheets. Just wait in your room.
Do you use the bed in my room?
Yes, we use the bed in your room. We lay down a waterproof sheet and a large towel first, so your bedding will not be stained.
Head Care can also be done seated, if you prefer.
Can I request a female therapist?
Please let us know in the form. Availability varies by day, so we will confirm this when we reply.
Do you speak English?
Simple English is fine. You may write your request in English or Japanese.
Can I pay in cash?
Sorry, we accept online payment in advance only. We do not accept cash or tips.
